1. Service Description
Word Search Generator provides tools for custom puzzle creation. We provide the service on an"as-is" basis and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion.
2. Credit Usage & Payments
- Free Tiers: 10x10 grids are available at no cost.
- Premium Tiers: Grids 11x11 and larger require 1 credit per generation.
- Expiration: Credits expire 365 days after the date of purchase.
Payments are handled via Stripe. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the word lists you submit. You grant us a limited license only to process them for puzzle generation. The exported PDFs are yours for personal or commercial use.
The software, brand, and design of Word Search Generator are protected and remain our property.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
